Delivery and Returns

All items dispatched within mainland UK are dispatched by 1st class recorded postage. All items are dispatched by Royal Mail signed for or Royal Mail International Signed for. Any item can be returned within 14 days of receipt in its’ original condition with all tags intact. Please notify us of the reason of the returns. Send us a message and we will be glad to respond to you as soon as possible. Your statutory rights are not affected. All items MUST be returned by recorded postage for a safe and secure delivery. Please include the transaction details with the returned package, this enables us to process your refund or exchange rather swiftly.

What is our returns policy?

While we hope that you will love every purchase, if you are not completely satisfied with your goods we will happily offer you a full refund or exchange. You are entitled to a refund or an exchange if you return your item in perfect condition within 14 days.

If items are returned to us within 14 days in a perfect, resellable condition with all labels and tags attached we will refund you the value you paid via the original method of payment.

The cost of returning the item to us is the buyer’s responsibility. Please let is know whether you want a refund or exchange. If exchange is not possible, we will refund you back to paypal.

Please send your product(s) via recorded delivery and retain proof of postage.

Mainland UK deliveries can take up to 5-7 days to be delivered and claim for missing/lost packages cannot be filed until 15 days after dispatch.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

You are entitled to a refund or an exchange if you post your item back in perfect condition within 14 days. Your return does not have to reach us within this time, however, your product(s) must be dispatched back within 14 days of receipt. You may post your return on an economy service but please ensure that you keep any tracking numbers for future reference

Your parcel must be packaged with a note above our returns address stating the goods are returns. Failure to do this, will result in import duties being deducted from the amount reimbursed at the customer’s expense. Please see International returns information

International Postage can take an average of 7-10 days for European Union Countries and 12-28 days for other countries. We have no control over custom or border control. Please expect delays.

Please read the below points carefully regarding all returns:

  • The package is your responsibility until it reaches us, therefore, we recommend that you send the package by recorded delivery for security purposes which will insure you for the value of the goods. Please keep a record of proof of postage with tracking number (if available).
  • The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
  • The postage paid for the order will not be refunded when returned however exchanges will be posted free of charge (UK Mainland only).
  •  Please quote your order reference number in all correspondence and ensure you include the original invoice with your parcel.
  • Where provided, any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags, and leather tags should be included in your return.
  • Footwear should be returned unmarked and in their original and undamaged packaging as this is considered part of the product.
  • If you receive a complimentary gift with your order(s) as part of a ‘gift with purchase’ promotion you must return the gift to us with your item(s).
  • Underwear and swimwear are non-returnable.

Convenient returns with Royal Mail for just £2.50 (UK customers only)

1) Go to www.royalmail.com/track-my-return/pick-a-retailer and follow the instructions to download a returns label to return your parcel to fashion-ease

2) Securely attach the label to your parcel, ensuring any other delivery labels are removed from the packaging

3) Take your parcel to your local post office and retain your proof of postage

4) Keep your receipt and track your parcel at www.royalmail.com/trackdetails

Please note this is not a free returns label, if this label is used, a fee of £2.50 will be deducted from your refund. This label provides a tracked 48 hour service and must be taken to a post office, your parcel cannot be posted in a postbox.
