Q Can I have my item delivered without recorded delivery? A No, recorded delivery is necessary to ensure safe and secure delivery.
Q Can my neighbour take delivery of my item ? A All items MUST be signed for by the buyer or anyone with valid identification, No exceptions.
Q What happens if I am not Home when delivery is attempted? A You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched informing you of the delivery details. If the order is being delivered by courier and you are not home the courier will leave a card with contact details so you can reschedule the delivery.
Q My order hasn’t arrived even though I have been informed it has been dispatched. What should I do? A Please contact us by phone or email with your name and item purchased and we will look into why your order has not been received.
Q Can you supply actual garment measurement guides? A Yes, please allow 48 hours to supply information needed.
Q Is my item insured?
A Yes, all items are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from fashion-ease to the shipping address. Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance.
QDo I need to sign for my order?
A Yes, a signature is required when your order is delivered.
Q Can I change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched?
A We are unfortunately unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched. Therefore, please ensure you provide a suitable shipping address for the specified delivery times.
Q What if I am out when my item is delivered?
A Don’t worry. If you are not in when Royal Mail try to deliver your parcel, a card will be left giving you the option to re-arrange collection. They will re-attempt to deliver your parcel up to three times.
Q What payment methods does fashion-ease accept?
A We only accept paypal as means of payment. You don’t have to have a paypal account to use paypal.
Q Do you take payment over the phone?
A Unfortunately we cannot place an order or take payments over the phone.
Q How much duties and taxes will I have to pay?
A It is important to note that you may have to pay custom duties and taxes on the items you purchase and that these local fees are not included in your invoice. Please check the Royal Mail website for more information about international charges if you are unsure.
